Nakoma Rooms and Capacities
With a capacity of 20 people, this room provides an ideal space for smaller meetings, luncheons, and dinners.
With its wood paneling and fireplace, the Library provides a wonderful atmosphere for personal gatherings. With a capacity of 35 people, it is often used for family events such as birthdays, wedding rehersals, and formal dinners.
The capacity of the Champion’s Room is 40 people. This room is perfect for meetings and presentations. The box table setting (shown above) can be opened into a “U” shape to allow for a projection on a screen on the back wall.
These dining rooms are the casual dining areas of the club. In the Masters dining room, there is a full service bar, which provides a quick stop for golfers as it is located between the 9th and 10th holes on the golf course. Along with a la carte dining, these rooms are used for banquets and club functions, including Easter and Mother's Day brunches, our Kids Halloween event, and our annual Candlelight dinner.
The Nakoma Dining Room is our formal dining area with a capacity of 130 people. Jackets are optional at night for gentlemen 16 years of age and older (unless a special event publicizes otherwise). Adjacent to the Nakoma Dining Room is the Presidents Lounge, which is the formal bar for member dining on Friday evenings, as well as the bar used for large banquets such as weddings and holiday parties.
A dividing wall between the Nakoma and Wimbledon dining areas can be drawn to make a large capacity banquet hall. The capacity of the entire area is 225 people with a dance floor and 250 people without a dance floor. For a typical banquet, these two rooms would provide the dining area for lunch or dinner, while guests would use the Presidents Lounge for bar service and the Library for a smaller lounge area.
